• All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

• You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been shipped.

2. Local Shipping (Singapore)

• Standard delivery takes 2–4 business days.

• Free standard shipping on orders above SGD 200.

• A flat shipping fee of $4.50 SGD applies for orders below SGD 200.

3. Tracking Your Order

• All parcels come with a tracking number, which will be sent to you once the order is dispatched.

• You can track your shipment online using the link provided.
