1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

  • You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be in original packaging (including tags and shoe box).

  • Sale or clearance items are non-returnable and non-refundable unless defective.

2. Return Process

  2. Our team will provide you with the return instructions and address.

  3. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

3. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

4. Exchanges

  • If you need a different size or style, please indicate this when contacting us.

  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or wrong product, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with clear photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
